1. Permitted Use & Educational Access
Our digital platform, companion applications, educational modules, and student leadership resources are provided strictly for educational, personal, and schoolyard sustainability training purposes. Unauthorised commercial exploitation, resale, or unlicensed branding of our resource materials without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Material
All trademarks, logos, Refugo AI hardware designs, software code, visual elements, and educational publications remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rethink Australia Foundation Ltd. No transfer of intellectual property rights is granted without formal written execution.
3. Interschool Challenge Guidelines & Participation
Schools participating in the Battle of the Bottles and regional recycling tournaments agree to follow competition guidelines and submit accurate collection metrics. Program proceeds are reinvested into educational resources, campus circular initiatives, and technology maintenance in accordance with foundation objectives.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
While Rethink Australia exercises reasonable diligence to ensure reliable software and hardware operations, the platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from technical interruptions.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
